Lo Addison

Lo has been fascinated by stained glass since childhood. Growing up, her school had its own chapel, and she spent hours looking up at the windows — captivated by the light, the colour, the way a story could live in glass. That fascination has never left her.

Lo began creating stained glass art in 2017, and the craft has since taken her around the world. Wherever she travels, Lo seeks out historic stained glass windows, drawing inspiration from the different techniques, traditions, and ways artists use light across cultures and centuries.

Lo studied 3D Design at Camberwell College of Arts, where she developed a strong foundation in materials, form, and hands-on making.

She started teaching in 2023 after realising that the most rewarding part of the craft wasn’t just creating finished pieces — it was seeing someone else experience that spark for the first time. Whether it’s learning to cut glass or watching their finished piece catch the sunlight, Lo loves helping students discover the magic of stained glass for themselves.
