Volunteering process
When you're ready to volunteer with us, here's what you can expect:
- Informal Induction: You'll start with a friendly induction that covers our key policies and procedures, ensuring you're prepared and informed.
- Assigned Lead Contact: A core team member will be designated as your 'lead contact' to provide continuous support and guidance throughout your volunteering journey.
- Ongoing Support: Your lead contact will be your primary point of communication, checking in with you regularly to discuss your progress, address any training needs, and resolve any issues.
- Quarterly Meetings: Every few months, your lead contact will schedule a meeting to ensure everything is on track, discuss your experiences, and support your development as a volunteer.
