Accessibility

During daytime hours Quay Arts can be accessed via the gift shop at the front of the building. Wheelchair users may find the terrace entrance in Sea Street easier for them to use due to the small pavement size and slight step into the building at the front. After 5pm all access to the building is via the Sea Street terrace entrance at the side of the building.

We have disabled toilets located on our ground floor in the foyer. (First floor inaccessible due to lift error).

Unfortunately our lift is currently out of service due to a mechanical error, apologies for any inconvenience caused. If this impacts your ability to attend an event you already have purchased tickets for please contact the Box Office. 16/04/26.
