IOW Open Studios 2024 Showcase Application

To support Isle of Wight Open Studios, Quay Arts will be hosting a showcase exhibition of work by 2024 IWOS members in the Cafe & Clayden Gallery.  The showcase will be curated and installed by Quay Arts on behalf of the applicants.  Please note there is an entry fee of £20 per applicant which supports the showcase installation and running costs to Quay Arts.  

Eligibility: The showcase is open to 2024 Isle of Wight Open Studios members who have previously registered via the IWOS website 


This is a 2 step process.

First, pay the entry fee of £20, which supports the showcase installation and running costs to Quay Arts. Please click the button below to submit payment.


Then, fill out the application form by clicking the button below which opens in a new tab.


PLEASE NOTE: Submitting the form generates the following message “Your response has been recorded”. This is the acknowledgment that your application has been successfully made. You will not receive an confirmation email.


If possible, please also send an image of your submitted work to so we can use it to plan and promote the exhibition – and promote your work – via our press releases and on our social media.  Please put SHOWCASE in the email subject and indicate in your email the artist name to which the image should be credited.


Your online application and entry fee must be received no later than the DEADLINE:  Wednesday 3rd July 5pm.

Mon 8 or Tue 9 July between 10 am – 4 pm

Collection of work:

Quay Arts / Clayden Gallery / 1st Floor

Sun 4 or Mon 5 August between 10 am – 4 pm

Opening event: Friday 12th July 6-8pm (Press welcome from 5:30pm)
