Devised by DEADMAN*, these workshops will be delivered by active, industry professionals, providing practical and insightful insider knowledge.

FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE LEADING PRACTITIONERS HERE

The workshops are aimed at 18-30 year olds who are passionately interested in and/or actively taking part in the performing arts and who want to connect with other new, emerging, and established creatives. This is a great opportunity to learn, network and kickstart your career in the industry.

We would highly recommend booking onto all four workshops, to make use of your time with the leading practitioners and your fellow creatives. This is about laying out a path for you to begin creating work. Having a broad understanding of the industry as a whole can be beneficial to your development / practice within the performing arts and creating your own work. Participants can however also choose to undertake individual sessions and may book on and attend any number of workshops from the programme.

This short programme is part of a wider partnership between Deadman, Quay Arts and MAST Mayflower Studios, with the aim of developing and linking mainland and Island talent and exploring pathways for further development in the future.

DONATE TO QUAY ARTS

Even a little money can make a big difference at Quay Arts

Did you realise that when you buy a cup of freshly ground barista coffee in our Café Bar, you are helping to support the cultural life of the Isle of Wight?

However, the generosity of our supporters goes beyond sales of food, drink and theatre tickets. Gifts of money, time, and even specific items make a huge difference to the amount of work we can do. Together, we can continue to enrich the lives of islanders and visitors with our fantastic programme of events.
