Due to popular demand India Allin, Lead Artist & Founder of Island-based decorative arts studio Studio Delma, will be re-running her Sculptural Plasterwork Short Course. In the course you will learn the skills & techniques needed to create a beautiful 3D plaster artwork from start to finish. This short course is made up of four sessions and participants are required to attend all sessions to complete their artwork within the time frame. Please note: the first and last session are slightly longer to allow for initial plaster layering and finishing. The price includes all materials required.

Your tutor will be on hand throughout to guide you as you design, carve, sand, detail & refine your artwork, offering tips & tricks to get it looking just how you imagined it. Under India’s guidance you will achieve a beautiful unique artwork in a classic all-white style.

At the end of the course you will leave with a fully finished artwork and the skills & knowledge to continue working independently to refine your craft.

Even a little money can make a big difference at Quay Arts

Did you realise that when you buy a cup of freshly ground barista coffee in our Café Bar, you are helping to support the cultural life of the Isle of Wight?

However, the generosity of our supporters goes beyond sales of food, drink and theatre tickets. Gifts of money, time, and even specific items make a huge difference to the amount of work we can do. Together, we can continue to enrich the lives of islanders and visitors with our fantastic programme of events.
