IWSF – The King’s Pants
Fri 17 February All day
February 17th 2023
The King’s Pants
Seminar Room – 13:30 – 14:15
World exclusive for the IW Story Festival.
It is the King’s Coronation, so the King must prepare with the right choice of pants. Like his mother in The Queen’s Knickers, the monarch’s underwear is important – and also a problem. To start with a lost knapsack of the King’s Pants ends up with the pants in the post. Then comes the eternal problem of what pants should be worn when. Cedric, the Porter of the Pants comes up with an ingenious solution and the King is made happy every day wearing exactly the right pants!
The session will feature illustration, magic illusion, readings, and a fun workshop with chocolate prizes for everyone.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
The IW Story Festival.
It’s a special place for children and families to have fun together; where we can all CREATE, INSPIRE and IMAGINE.
Stories are all around us; not just in books and poems and plays and songs, but also in the news and history and the places we live. Over three days, the IW Story Festival lets you get lost in stories of all kinds…
What stories will you bring with you?
