All Day Glaze Day with Clair Robinson
Sunday 19th August | @ Jubilee Stores, Newport
10am – 4pm | £60 (includes materials)
This hands-on workshop is a full day of glazing, aimed at the basic to intermediate potter, who finds the process of glazing the main stumbling block in the studio. The process of preparing, missing and getting glazes hydrometrically accurate will be covered along with the method and technique for applying glazes to pots. You’re welcome to bring along your own bisque fired stoneware posts to glaze.
Clair Robinson is an experienced ceramicist and pottery tutor who has taught classes and managed Quay Arts Jubilee Stores Studio pottery for over ten years.
