With the news of the lifting of restrictions from 19 July we wanted to update you on our plans at Quay Arts.

After receiving positive visitor feedback and local council inspection approval regarding the actions we have put in place to create a safe and welcoming environment, we have decided to keep some measures in place for the time being.

We will continue to offer table service to customers and maintain hand sanitising stations throughout our venues (Quay Arts and Jubilee Stores).  We will be increasing our outside seating capacity.

Access to the centre will now be freely available via both the Craft Shop on Sea Street and the Terrace entrance in Little London.  QR codes will still be available for those of you wishing to continue using the NHS Test & Trace app.

Our team will continue to regularly clean all areas with a particular focus on high traffic areas and touch points.

Staff and visitors are encouraged to continue wearing face coverings if it would make them feel more comfortable to do so.

We are slowly increasing the range and capacity of our classes and workshops, taking customer and tutor feedback into account.

We are taking a flexible approach and hope these measures will help you to feel / continue to feel comfortable and relaxed when visiting Quay Arts.
