Children of all ages will love the free family drop-in sessions at Quay Arts. There are Dancing Tots classes for children from 14 months to five years, free or reasonably priced acting, music, art and craft activities. As the children get older, Quay Arts grows with them, through school and beyond.

You can learn new skills and make new friends on a huge range of courses and workshops at Quay Arts. It’s never too late (or too early) to start creating, making – and craftbombing! Our resident artists at Jubilee Stores will teach you and your fellow enthusiasts about printmaking, pottery, jewellery, marbling, natural dying, collage, sculpture, life drawing, knitting, stitching and quilting, mould making and a whole lot more. Two galleries give you the chance to discover the diversity of Island talent and established international artists on show at Quay Arts. On the first floor, the Clayden Gallery is an excellent space to see and buy work from local artists as well as work by schools, colleges and collectives, exploring a limitless range of themes and ideas. (The Clayden Gallery is available for hire to schools, groups and solo artists.)
Major exhibitions are held in the West Gallery. This spectacular space never fails to delight, challenge and surprise.
