Family Drop-ins are designed for family members to stay and create together. All materials are provided and you can join in for as long as suits you.
‘Drawn to Life’ Animation drop-in
Wednesday 30 Oct | 10am – 3pm | Seminar Room
Join Charlotte Ager and Matty Ellis to create a unique stop frame animation alongside professional illustrators for this year’s Big Draw Festival. The theme this year is #DrawnToLife and focuses on the crucial role of creativity for health and wellbeing. *All ages welcome but please note this is a drop in activity, not a stay all day session and children will need to be accompanied by an adult.

Day of the Dead Drop-in

As part of the Quay’s Mexican Day of the Dead activities, our Arts team will be on hand to help you design and make your own Calavera mask and paper flowers.
‘It’s a Wrap!’ Christmas Gift Wrap Drop-in
Saturday 23 & Sunday 24 Nov | 10am – 1pm | Seminar Room
Come along to the Quay to decorate your own wrapping paper and festive labels to make your present giving extra special. We’ll be printing, stamping and using vintage clip art to make bespoke wrapping.
