Is it a panto? Is it a play? Is it a spoof? Is it a cheesy Christmas special? Is it any good?
Inspired by the success of last year’s sell out run of ‘A Kind of Christmas Carol’, Origins Theatre returns with the stunning and even sillier sequel… cunningly reinvented as ‘A Sort of Christmas Carol’.
The stage production of Charles Dickens’ best loved story is all going fairly well – until the great man himself turns up and decides it’s time to liven things up a bit by introducing more of his unforgettable characters.
The actors do their best, but it all gets quickly out of hand, as Fagin, Mrs Gamp, Nancy and Bill Sykes, Mr Sleary and Miss Havisham join the Cratchits, the Ghosts, and Scrooge on stage.
Tickets £8 or £10 on the door
Show starts 7pm with one interval at around 7.45pm
