Corporate Price Guide
PLEASE NOTE: The Quay is a registered charity whose mission is to be a 'unique centre dedicated to promoting quality in the Isle of Wight'. It is a beautiful and versatile building that is perfectly situated to a wide range of activities. It is NOT, however, a dedicated community or conference centre. As such, the management reserves the right to refuse bookings that may conflict with the organisations core objectives.
Please also note that, as a charity with its own specific objectives, the Quay is unable (in law) to offer its' resources free to other charities.
Anthony Minghella Theatre
Quay Arts is developing and expanding it Artistic programme for the theatre - it is therefore not available to hire for public performances.
We will continue to support educational & youth projects, please contact our operations manager with details of your request.
The theatre is available to hire for private events, invited audiences only, please see prices listed below.

Evenings are available by special arrangement only and will not automatically equate to the half day rate.
Catering options are available from beverages to fork buffet. Sample menus available on request.
Quay Arts Café
The Quay Arts Café is available for evening hire by special arrangement. With a capacity of £150 + and with use of the terrace until 10.30pm the café is a perfect venue whatever the event. £200 + VAT – negotiable on catering requirements.
Anthony Minghella Theatre
The Anthony Minghella Theatre is available for hire for private events with invited audiences only (see above prices.) It is therefore not available for public performances unless agreed by the Director when different charges apply.
Gallery Spaces
The Michael West and Rope Store Galleries are available for hire for receptions by special arrangement.

All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%

All prices include the use of equipment subject to availability. In the case of the theatre there is an additional charge for use of the technician, box office or ticketing facilities
Catering
The Quay has an established reputation for serving some of the best, and most competitively priced, home-cooked food on the Island. vegetarian food is a particular specialty. Functions menus are available on request, or visit the cafe for more details.
Disabled Access
Quay Arts has wheelchair access throughout. An infrared hearing loop is available in the theatre.
